Hello, I’m Erin.

I am a writer, travel journalist, content marketing creator and a former humanitarian aid worker. Through my background in humanitarian assistance and international development, I’ve witnessed firsthand the impacts of war and displacement, and the resiliency of the unyielding strength of the human spirit.

A passionate traveler, I enjoy writing about experiences born from exploring the world. Through travel, I’ve discovered the powerful way that every journey can teach us something, deepen our empathy and understanding, and remind us of our shared humanity. I write to capture these moments—the beauty of exploration, the lessons found in unfamiliar places, the offbeat, the bizarre, and the stories that unite us.

I wholeheartedly believe travel has the power to enrich our lives, foster understanding, and promote justice and human connection.

A New Yorker, I am currently based in Lyon, France. I have lived in Guatemala, Afghanistan, Greece, Lebanon and Paris, among other places. I am eager to continue to explore the world, one story at a time.
